Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Massachusetts. The PT will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy across facility settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and optimal recovery.

Qualified candidates hold a PT license, an advanced PT degree, and experience; visa sponsorship and relocation support are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related PT field with appropriate prerequisites.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with care team to promote patient independence and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques for home use.
