Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-facility therapy, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and guide patients through evidence-based treatment. Join a team focused on patient-centered care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in PT-related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Physical Therapist, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Work collaboratively with patients and caregivers and promote independence.
• Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote functional recovery.
