Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a facility setting. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

Candidates should hold an active PT license, have a relevant Master's degree (or equivalent) and be prepared to collaborate with our rehabilitation team under the Director of Rehab. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in PT related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Out-of-US PT degree must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to help patients recover and improve function.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver PT services in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and progress.
