Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to diverse populations across our facilities.

Requirements include a valid PT license, a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), and credentials for foreign-trained degrees. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and visa sponsorship options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Educational credentials earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients as part of the care team.
• Collaborate with clinicians to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Adapt therapy plans to patient progress and setting.

Education

Master's in Physical Therapy

Master's in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's in Physical Therapy + 5 years clinical PT experience
