• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
• CPR or BLS certification required.

• Delivers therapeutic interventions based on latest clinical research and best practice standards.
• Designs and adapts rehabilitation programs based on patient progress and evidence.
