• Conducts advanced evaluations of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems.
• Delivers therapeutic interventions based on latest clinical research and best practice standards.
• Designs and continuously adapts rehabilitation programs based on progress and outcomes.
• Establishes patient-centered functional goals using outcome measures.
• Leads discharge planning including in-home program development.
• Documents patient evaluation and progress with compliant records.
