Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation Services in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. You will screen, assess, and implement treatment plans to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate professionally to patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindications.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans to move the patient toward maximum independence and function.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members.
