Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients in our Houston clinic. You will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and work with a team to advance patient goals.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Texas, communicates effectively with patients and families, and collaborates with therapists, assistants, and staff to deliver high-quality care. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy and current Texas PT licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to perform all job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, history, precautions and contraindications.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans toward maximum independence.
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs in patient care per state practice act.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and team members.
