Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in El Paso, TX, to screen, evaluate, and treat patients. You will review records, set measurable goals, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function.

The role includes supervising PT assistants and rehab techs, communicating findings to patients and families, and collaborating with the care team. The position offers full-time hours with competitive pay starting at $43/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
• Must have good communication skills and relate professionally and positively to patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan to move the patient toward independence.
• Supervises PTAs and rehab techs in direct patient care and related activities.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and team members.
