Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to screen, evaluate, and treat patients in our Carrollton, Texas location. The role includes comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with the care team.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited PT program with current Texas licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and the ability to relate professionally to patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions and contraindications.
• Establishes measurable goals and creates a treatment plan to maximize independence.
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs in patient care and related activities.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to patients, families and team members.
