We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time, on-site work in El Paso, TX. The role requires passing State PT licensure, strong communication, and ability to develop treatment plans and supervise assistants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients.
• Complete a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Review patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions and contraindications.
• Establish measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and team.
