We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help residents achieve their highest level of mobility, function, and independence.
