Brushy Creek Post Acute is a gorgeous 144-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage‑style homes, each housing 12 residents and complete with its own kitchen, creating a warm, home‑like environment. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize resident mobility, function, and independence.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long‑term care preferred
Proficiency with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
