PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate, review, and screen patients'/residents' medical charts, conduct evaluations under physician order, and develop a treatment plan tailored to patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment, and educate team members about the plan of care, including providing supervision for PTAs.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings, make recommendations, and conduct staff/family training and education when appropriate.
