Overview

Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Sharon, CT. Once hired as a per diem PT employee, you may join as many of our other local per diem rosters as you wish.

We are a therapist‑owned and -operated company focused on appropriate and ethical patient care. Our management team has extensive experience in the same roles you will fill, and we value the balance between work and family by offering a generous paid‑time‑off package for full and part‑time employees. Continuous education is supported through a dedicated education department.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.

• Be flexible with hours.
