Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Newtown, CT is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will provide individualized therapy in a skilled nursing setting and coordinate with nursing staff to support patient-centered care.

Applicants must hold a CT PT license or be eligible, have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and be flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or eligible to practice in CT.

Overview

A per-diem Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), position is available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Newtown, CT.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50/hr - $55/hr
