Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join its team in Stafford Springs, CT. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting while maintaining a collaborative approach with other rehab professionals.

We offer up to 6 weeks of paid time off, a continuing education program, and competitive rates ranging from $50/hr to $55/hr. Join us in supporting our residents to achieve high levels of independence.

Qualifications

• Current PT/RPT license or eligibility to practice as a PT in Connecticut.
• Current PTA license or eligibility to practice as a PTA in Connecticut.
• Experience with electronic documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists.
• Document therapy sessions timely and accurately.

Overview

Per diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Stafford Springs, CT. You can join as many of our per‑diem rosters as you wish.

Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists. We focus on appropriate and ethical patient care, provide a generous paid time off package for full and part‑time employees, and have an education department to help you stay up to date. Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
