Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute skilled nursing rehab department in Charlton, MA. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate therapy services and demonstrate strong collaboration skills with other rehab professionals.

Overview

Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) position in the sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Charlton, MA. Must have skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience and a current PT or RPT license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
• Have SNF experience.

Compensation

Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00
