Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Marlborough, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate closely with rehab and nursing staff to support resident independence.

The role requires a current Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) and solid computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel. Flexibility with hours and meticulous documentation are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Must deliver therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
