Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Sharon, CT. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in CT or license-eligible.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Flexible work hours and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and participate in mentor programs as needed.

A part-time (24 hours per week) Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Sharon, CT. Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $41/hr - $48/hr
