Job summary

Pivot Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide pediatric and adult home health therapy across Colorado. You’ll deliver care in clients' homes, focusing on developmental skills for children and independence for adults, with a flexible caseload and the ability to set your schedule.

Experience or licensure in Colorado is required; new grads are encouraged to apply. Compensation is $80-$90+ per regular visit, with FT (20 visits/week) or PT options available.
