Pivot Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to provide therapy in home-based and community settings across Colorado. You will support pediatric and adult clients, focusing on functional goals and independence within the home environment.

Formación

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Home Health

Region: Aurora, CO
We are hiring throughout the Front Range and encourage you to still apply if interested in other locations!
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90+ per regular visit
Caseload: Adults and/or pediatrics
