Pivot Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home-based care team across Colorado, including Aurora. We offer full-time or part-time roles, with full-time defined as 20 visits per week.

You will help children develop independence in daily routines through play-based and functional activities, supporting fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and school readiness while empowering families with practical strategies for everyday life.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care.
