Inova Physical Therapy Center – Fairfax seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team as a full-time, day-shift role with Monday–Friday hours and two evenings until 7pm. The position is based at 8100 Innovation Park Dr.

Ste LL20, Fairfax, VA 22031, offering a dynamic, patient-focused practice within Inova Health System. We value dedicated clinicians who provide high-quality care, collaborate with care teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure required: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges acceptable).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required on start.

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Physical Therapist(PT) Job Responsibilities:
