Inova Physical Therapy – Fair Oaks is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This Full Time role includes Monday-Friday hours with two evenings until 7pm and is located at 3580 Joseph Siewick Dr. Ste 202, Fairfax, VA 22033.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates skill competencies in treatment modalities and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations per department guidelines and adjusts treatment plans.
• Adheres to policies for evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives supervision and instruction to support staff per clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and care teams.

Inova Physical Therapy – Fair Oaksis looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role will be a Full Time, Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts until 7pm.

Physical Therapist(PT) Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure:Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
• Certification:BLS through the American Heart Association upon start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) experience
