Physical Therapist Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Promote Elara Caring’s philosophy and policies
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs, and adjust care plans
• Design and implement care plans with patient and family participation
• Conduct therapy within standards of care
• Lead support staff to achieve patient goals
• Document evaluations and treatment plans accurately
• Provide leadership and community resource promotion
• Work in a physically demanding and high-stress environment
• Handle, lift, and transfer patients safely
• Potentially work irregular hours including call hours

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate from an APTA-approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of work
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience
• Willing to travel within the coverage area
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance
• Willing to travel 50%
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently; lift 50-100 lbs

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, or designee. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and location.
