Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health, located in Hartford, CT.

Job Details:
  1. Pay: $1,947/week - $2,176/week
  2. Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  3. Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 15:00
  4. Experience: At least one year of relevant experience required
