Pivot Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to provide home-based care across Colorado, offering pediatric and adult caseload options and flexible FT or PT scheduling. You’ll assess, treat, and promote independence in clients’ homes and communities.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric or Adult Home Health

Region: Pueblo, CO
We are hiring throughout the Front Range and encourage you to still apply if interested in other locations!
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90+ per regular visit
Caseload: Adults and/or pediatrics
