Pivot Home Health is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to support therapy in home-based and community settings across Colorado. Join a clinician-first team that values autonomy, flexibility, and purpose-driven care.

Caseload is full-time (20+ visits/week) or part-time, with per-visit compensation and an iPad provided for documentation. Active Colorado PTA license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

Active Colorado PTA license.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy in home-based and community settings across the lifespan.
Help pediatric clients develop motor skills and independence and assist adults with functional recovery.
