Pivot Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric and adult home health services across Colorado. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy in clients’ homes and communities, focusing on functional independence and quality of life.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric or Adult Home Health

Region: Pueblo, CO
We are hiring throughout the Front Range and encourage you to still apply if interested in other locations!
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90+ per regular visit
Caseload: Adults and/or pediatrics
