Woven Care in Pueblo, CO is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our pediatric outpatient practice. We emphasize client care, mentorship, and career growth, offering flexible schedules and compensation models to fit experienced clinicians.

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% oftheirday.

Compensationoptions

Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour($72to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation).We'llwalk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
