Woven Care is a pediatric outpatient practice that prioritizes experienced clinicians. You’ll deliver 30–60 minute sessions, conduct two weekly evaluations, and have built‑in time for documentation so evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that values mentorship, ongoing growth opportunities, and flexible compensation models. We offer salary options of $90,000–$120,000 or $72–$85 billed hour with incentives.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience in pediatric outpatient PT.

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% oftheirday.

Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour($72to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation).We'llwalkthrough the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
