- Comprehensive Evaluations: perform PT evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Skilled Interventions: implement evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and independence.
- IDT Collaboration: partner with nursing, therapy, and medical providers for holistic care.
- Expert Documentation: maintain compliant documentation per CA/state and federal regs.
- Patient Advocacy: educate residents and families on therapy programs and safety.
- Clinical Leadership: foster a team-oriented environment focused on outcomes.
