Salinas Valley Post-Acute in Salinas, CA seeks a Physical Therapist to join a premier rehabilitation team. The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN tracks with competitive pay and sponsorship opportunities.

You will conduct evaluations, implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and independence, and work closely with nursing and medical staff to support residents. New graduates are welcome to apply and SNF experience is a plus.

Formación

• Current, valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Experience with geriatric/post-acute populations preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical providers (IDT) for holistic resident care.
• Document thoroughly in compliance with California state and federal requirements.
• Educate residents and families on therapy programs, safety, and long-term goals.
