Job summary

Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas, CA, is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to lead and grow our outpatient rehabilitation program. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological needs, develop individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Outpatient physical therapy experience with orthopedic or neuro rehab focus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice in outpatient rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive outpatient PT evaluations for mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; document outcomes per regulations.
• Collaborate with Director and team to grow the program.
