Job summary

Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to lead our expanding orthopedic and neurological outpatient program. This is a full-time role offering H1B sponsorship and tuition reimbursement, with quarterly performance-based bonuses.

The ideal candidate will hold a California PT license and have outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience, with a passion for clinical leadership and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine preferred.
• Desire to be a clinical leader in the Salinas community.
• H1B sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluations: perform comprehensive assessments for community-based patients and identify biomechanical deficits.
• Evidence-based treatment: design and implement care plans with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Program growth: collaborate with the Director of Rehab to grow the program and referrals.
• Expert documentation: maintain precise, compliant documentation for outpatient billing and progress tracking.
