Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time SNF role in Sarasota, FL. You will provide skilled PT services in dedicated therapy gyms at Palmer Ranch and allied facilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function and quality of life.

Florida license required or license-eligible; sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time PTs. We offer flexible scheduling, modern rehab gyms, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
