Job summary

Step Up Rehab, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for our Hawthorne Center and TimberRidge Center SNFs in Ocala, FL. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive culture focused on quality care and clinician well-being.

Provide skilled PT services to residents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to improved safety, function, and independence while enjoying modern facilities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Document and maintain therapy records and progress notes.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible)

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation & Healing of Ocala and TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
