Step Up Lakeland is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Lakeland, FL, to provide skilled therapy in SNF settings within Valencia Hills and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Centers. This full-time role offers hourly pay and modern rehab facilities.

Responsibilities include delivering PT services, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and helping residents regain function and independence with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
