Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) licensed in Florida to provide skilled therapy services within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role works inside the dedicated therapy gym at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, focusing on residents’ safety, function, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
