Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare North Naples, is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility role in Naples, FL. You will deliver skilled PT services, support residents in regaining function, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and benefits. Florida license required, SNF/post-acute experience preferred, and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
