Job summary

Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role inside two skilled nursing facilities in Ocala, FL. You’ll deliver skilled PT services to SNF residents, work with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, modern rehab gyms, flexible scheduling, and a supportive leadership team focused on quality care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
