Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida to join our team at the Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. The role is full-time and on-site, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay.

You will provide skilled PT services to SNF residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Florida licensure is required or license-eligible, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
