Job summary

Amergis is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The PT will perform patient evaluations and provide/ document therapy services according to the care plan and physician orders. The position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has an active PT license in Washington, graduation from an accredited PT program, and a preference for 1 year of PT experience. CPR and health requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop/execute the plan of care.

Hours: 40.00

Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
