Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Le Mars, IA. The role entails evaluating patients and delivering and documenting therapy services per the care plan and physician orders when applicable.

You should hold current PT licensure in your state, have graduated from an accredited PT program, and ideally possess one year of professional PT experience; CPR and health requirements may apply. The position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
