Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to perform patient evaluations and deliver therapy services in accordance with each patient's plan of care and physician orders when applicable.

This travel role in Colton, CA offers a 40-hour work week and weekly pay, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
