Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, provide and document therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders. This role requires current PT licensure in the practice state and is based in Ellensburg, WA, with a 40-hour work week.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited PT program, CPR if applicable, and may have one year of prior PT experience. Amergis offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
