InHome Therapy seeks a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around Winter Haven, Florida. You will deliver in-home PT with autonomy and a steady caseload, supported by a therapy-first clinical team.

The role offers mileage reimbursement, paid training, and mentorship. You will evaluate mobility, implement rehab programs, and educate families on recovery plans while adhering to Medicare and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.

Compensation and Benefits*

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from [$65- $80] per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
