Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking an in-home physical therapist to deliver patient-centered care in the community. You will evaluate mobility, design individualized goals, and implement rehab programs for adults and seniors in their homes.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families on recovery plans, and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation. Flexible schedule and professional development opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology — email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
