Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Home Care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Venice, FL. This role offers a flexible schedule and a consistent caseload with support from a team committed to patient-centered care.

Compensation is per visit, with the evaluation rate ranging from $65 to $80 per visit. Benefits eligibility varies; mileage reimbursement and tools to reduce windshield time are included along with training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
